An Aldine Independent School District substitute teacher was charged with having an improper relationship with a student, according to court documents. The documents say 25-year-old Chastity Houston had sexual relations with a student attending Nimitz Senior High School. The student was 18 years old when he reported the incident, but met Houston when she was the substitute teacher of a class when he was 17.
