Description
Hours after law enforcement officials in Houston announced a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the University of Houston rape suspect, we've learned he has been captured.
The U.S. Marshals Service's Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force confirmed that Eric Brown was arrested Tuesday after being spotted on a METRORail train. A photo released by the Harris County District Attorney's Office shows a METRO police officer lifting Brown's shirt to show a large chest tattoo matching the description given by the UH student who says he raped her at knifepoint.
