Authorities said two people believed to be involved in a deadly shooting in the Spring area on Friday were taken into custody after a brief manhunt. According to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office officials, the victim was shot when he showed up to buy something from the suspects on Hickory Twig Way near Cypresswood Drive just after 1 p.m. The scene is just west of the North Freeway. They ended up finding them at an abandoned house in the area. Authorities got inside and took the two suspects into custody, according to a Pct. 4 official. Several other people were also taken into custody but it's unclear if the arrests were related to the deadly shooting. Neighbors said that home has been a problem.
