A former Klein ISD teacher is facing charges after he was accused of inappropriately touching a child. Matthew Stegman Sr., 52, was arrested Monday and appeared in court Wednesday. He is charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact. A judge set his bond at $50,000 with several conditions. According to court documents, he is out of jail on bond Stegman is due back in court on Dec. 27.
