Description
An argument led to a man shooting his sister and her boyfriend in Cypress, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said.
The shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at a home on Galvani Drive not far from Cypress North Houston Road, according to Pct. 4.
