Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez, 18, has been named a person of interest in the death of Maria Gonzalez. Maria was found dead in her apartment Saturday by her father. Her body was found inside a plastic trash bag that was placed inside a laundry basket and concealed under a bed inside the home.
