Police believe the kids — 7-year-old Jenessa Brunk, 7-year-old Haven Hinerman and 9-week-old Declan Hinerman — were taken by their parents to escape being brought into protective custody. The kids were last seen at their home in Forest Grove on March 8. The parents are under investigation, Forest Grove police said.
