The federal government has frozen more than $2.2 billion in grants to Harvard University, after the institution said it would defy the Trump administration's demands. In a letter to the university on Friday, Trump's administration had called for changes to its admission policies, to audit views of diversity on campus and to stop recognizing some student clubs, among other things.
