Vehicle inspection stations are back online in Medford and the Portland metro area after a cyberattack, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) said Sunday evening. Stations in the Portland-area will open their regular hours, which start on Tuesday, April 15. The DEQ said people should expect stations to be busier than normal.
