For the first time in several years, the Portland Rose Festival's Grand Floral Parade will weave through downtown streets again. Since 2022, the parade route has been entirely on the eastside, making its way from Veterans Memorial Coliseum through the Lloyd District. The new route will start on Naito Parkway and will end at Southwest 14th Avenue and Southwest Taylor Street.
