Description
KGW Investigative reporter Kyle Iboshi previously reported on how Uber and Lyft drivers are rejecting people who are legally blind and use guide dogs. In February, Uber launched a new feature that riders can opt into, letting drivers know they have a service animal. Iboshi looked into it and has an update. His full story will air on KGW News at 6 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2025.
