Description
The widow of Vancouver Police Officer Donald Sahota filed a federal lawsuit last month against Clark County and a sheriff's deputy, alleging negligence and excessive force in her husband's death. Dawnese Sahota and her attorneys state in the suit that Deputy Jonathan Feller acted "rashly and negligently when he shot off-duty police officer Donald Sahota in the back" and called his actions "trigger happy."
