Nov. 7 on The Story: We're now on the other side of an historic election in the city of Portland, the first to feature ranked-choice voting. But as with many races throughout the country, there are many in the city yet to be called, and election workers continue to tally up thousands of ballots. It does look like we'll have a new mayor in darkhorse candidate Keith Wilson, who received a big boost from RCV (whether he needed it or not). But so far, just two of the 12 races for Portland City Council have been called. We'll walk you through where things stand tonight after the latest batch of results.
