Clark County has hired people to watch all of its 22 ballot box locations around the clock through Election Day. After firefighters extinguished Monday morning's ballot box fire in Vancouver, the smoking and rain-dampened ballots were collected and brought back to the Clark County Elections office, where officials have been looking to recover what they can.
