Description
Seven people were inside the apartment and one was in the bedroom at the time of the crash. Police said the driver, identified as Billy Holt, showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking. Holt also told officers that he was eating chicken and watching ESPN on his cell phone just before crashing.
