Noah Lyles was carted away from the track after winning bronze in the men's 200-meter final at the Paris Olympics. After the race, it was revealed that he had been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Tuesday. U.S. teammate Kenny Bednareck won silver and Botswana's Letsile Tebogo won gold.
