Description

On June 23 just before 1 a.m., a 911 caller reported that a juvenile had been shot near Skyline Road Southeast in Salem. Detectives with the sheriff's office identified the suspect as 18-year-old David Ayon-Urbano. He was arrested for murder in the second degree and additional charges.
