Caught on video 🎥 A burglar seen breaking into a Portland restaurant on Northwest 23rd through the ceiling. Portland police said suspects entered the now-closed Starbucks location on Northwest 23rd Avenue early Sunday morning. They climbed into the ceiling, cut a hole, and fell into the kitchen area of Top Burmese Burma Joy next door, police said. The thieves got away with thousands of dollars worth of inventory and equipment.
