Sandra Ladd was stabbed to death in 2020 in her home, according to Washougal police. Her death is still under investigation. A family member on Sunday spoke to KGW and asked anyone who knows anything about Ladd's death to come forward. "Even if they are scared, they need to come forward for the family and for my aunt. We need justice," said Kelly Upjohn, Ladd's niece.
