Video shows a U.S. Coast Guard Aircrew from Astoria rescue a dog that had fallen off a cliff in Ecola State Park on Jan. 1. The dog, named Leo, was reunited with his owners. They said Leo had a few cuts and bruises, and stayed overnight at an emergency vet. They added that they're thankful he's alive and expected to recover.
