Description
A suspect wanted for the Dec. 14 killing of a 58-year-old man was arrested early Friday morning after shooting at police officers in the Centennial neighborhood of Southeast Portland, according to authorities. The suspect, 30-year-old Jessie Garza III, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center and faces multiple charges, including first-degree murder for the Dec. 14 killing of Richard Newman.
