Isaiah Thompson is accused of assaulting a driver in Seaside and stealing their car. The victim was sent to the hospital in critical condition. Police said they have probable cause to arrest Thompson on charges of second-degree attempted murder, unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a vehicle, eluding police and reckless driving.
