Description
Last week, crews pulled a 200-ton derelict fishing ship called the Tiffany from the Columbia River near Rainier. Recovery of derelict boats like the Tiffany used be bankrolled by Oregon education funds. Lawmakers have finally taken steps to correct that longtime mistake.
