In June, Oregon Treasurer Tobias Read said that the state had just under $12 million invested in FOX. By the end of August, Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum said that the state's shares were worth $5.2 million. They're alleging that FOX took risks that resulted in a breach of their duty to shareholders.
