Sept. 8 on The Story: Back in July, a federal judge ruled voter-approved Oregon's gun control Measure 114 constitutional, meaning it meets the required standards in regards to the U.S. Constitution. However, the measure is still on hold because of a state lawsuit in Harney County. That trial is set to begin 10 days from today. Some pre-trial motions this week will likely influence what can and cannot be admitted in court during the trial.
