Description
In 1845, an Oregon pioneer blazed a trail around Mount Hood to avoid congestion along the Oregon Trail through The Dalles. Then he slapped a toll on that road. That story is the first in our new segment "Digging for Old," the product of a partnership with the Oregon Historical Society.
