Both the India and the Chinese Festival will be held at Pioneer Courthouse Square. KGW Sunrise got a preview of the fun, including performances in the studio. The Chinese Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on August 5, 2023. There will be an art show and other entertainment, Chinese food and craft activities. The India Festival will feature South Asian dance, music, art and food. It runs 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. the following day.
