Description
The Tiger Tiger Festival will include food, music, poetry and interactive art. Organizers say the event is all about bringing communities together and creating a space for celebration, joy and healing. The festival will be held from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on July 22 at Fernhill Park in Northeast Portland.
