Description
June 26, 2023 on The Story: Within the last few years, Oregonians have learned the hard way how the combination of weather and wildfire can lead to devastation. The Labor Day fires of September 2020 certainly drove that point home. And nowhere is that more apparent than inside the power companies that feed electricity across the state. Pacific Power just lost a major class action lawsuit for liability in some of those devastating 2020 fires.
