Description

Portland Fire & Rescue responded to a rubber pile that was on fire near empty grain silos in Northeast Portland around 2:45 a.m. on Thursday. A TriMet driver who was passing through the area reported the fire. Crews extinguished most of the fire within 40 minutes. No injuries were reported and investigators are determining the cause of the fire.
