With summer almost here, families are planning summer time things for their kids to do. Andy White was a camper. "The friends I made. The confidence I built. The energy spent." Those are camp benefits some families can’t afford. "I saw a lot of kids when I was younger that weren't able to do those things. And I didn't like that. " His nonprofit, Elite Sports Academy is offering the “Go to Camp. Give a Camp” program to help low-income kids. "For every child that is enrolled in our Springville Camp, we sponsor a child in need for free." The Beaverton School District is working with ESA to identify and connect families to the sport camp.
