Portland roads remained a mixed bag two days after nearly a foot of snow fell on the city, with some streets and highways still covered in thick sheets of ice. Those conditions were making it hard for everyday travelers to get around the city, but they were also preventing arborists from getting to another aspect of the aftermath of the storm: downed trees KGW spoke with one arborist who has plenty of work to do, but no way to get there.
