Description
Camera caught a man walking up to the Goonies house in Astoria and placing a dead fish. Police say he also placed stickers over the camera lens outside the home. Days later, he stole a boat then had to be rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard in dangerous conditions where the boat capsized, police said.
