Description
The man who left a dead fish on the porch of the Goonies house is the same man who was rescued on Friday on the Columbia River. The U.S. Coast Guard was attempting to help someone on board a boat near Cape Disappointment when a wave caused the boat to capsize. A rescue swimmer located the man on board the boat. Police later said the man had stolen the boat.

Days earlier, surveillance video shows him leaving a dead fish at the famous Goonies house in Astoria. The man, Jericho Labonte of Victoria, British Columbia, had been wanted by authorities there on warrants for criminal harassment, mischief and fail to comply.
