Description
Twenty years ago Monday, Clackamas County deputy Damon Coates was shot in the face by a 15-year-old in the midst of a mental health crisis. The shooting paralyzed him, and led to a series of major health issues over the years. But he’s still alive today, under the care of his family. KGW's Pat Dooris visited them to see how they are holding up on the anniversary.
