Jan. 3, 2022 on The Story: We return to the ongoing saga of Measure 114, the gun control initiative approved by voters in November. Arguably one of the least controversial aspects of the measure is one that concerns background checks. But a Harney County judge on Tuesday extended his halt on this part of the measure as he continues to hear arguments for and against.
