Description
Dec. 16, 2022 on The Story: On Thursday, a Harney County judge issued a new decision regarding Measure 114, the suite of new gun control laws approved by voters in November. He issued a preliminary injunction on the high-capacity magazine ban portion of the measure, which means this part will remain blocked indefinitely, until a trial can be held and a full ruling delivered. And because of the way Measure 114 is written, this part of the measure can be treated separately from the others.
