Dec. 8, 2022 on The Story: In May, a 16-year-old girl overdosed on fentanyl in the bathroom of her Vancouver, Wash. high school. School staff twice used Narcan in an attempt to save her life, but she died a few days later. The school district didn't notify other parents, police or the community about the deadly overdose.
