President Joe Biden arrives in Portland, Oregon on Friday night as the final stop on his three-state West tour, following visits to Colorado and California.
The president will be attending multiple events during his stay Friday and Saturday, including a campaign event for Oregon Democratic gubernatorial candidate Tina Kotek on Saturday.
