Sept. 14, 2022 on The Story: Landlords will be allowed to raise rents by up to 14.6% in 2023. It's the highest rate increase since 2019 when Oregon lawmakers passed a bill to prevent price gouging and unfair evictions. But some say the law doesn't do enough to protect tenants, and that it needs to be changed.
