Description
In downtown Vancouver, WA, Terra Heilman is setting up a coffee pot, a toaster and a blender that have been upcycled into lamps. "They're all things that are made out of stuff that either couldn't or shouldn't be recycled. So we're giving them new life."
Terra put together these pieces for Columbia Spring’s Repair program second annual Upcycled Lamp Tour and auction. "Yeah. We're going to light 'em up and see how fantastic they are."
Five host businesses including Alisa Tetreault at Most Everything Vintage are displaying the lamps. "Instead of it going to recycling or into a landfill, I know that it's going to get another chance at life."
