Program Specialist Jody Redifer brings a Multnomah County Library remote sound recording studio to the center to attract the kids and track their music. "The goal is to go through the process. The creative process. The imaginative process."
Five time Grammy award winner and Harvard professor, Esperanza Spalding supports the idea that a place to record music and share it, is the right thing for kids. “There's something about feeling invited in. Looking for trusting elders that they can trust, that is game changing."
