Like thousands of senior citizens in Ukraine, Zinaida Gyrenko is spending her sunset years in a shelter, her retirement upended by Russia's invasion. "Something exploded and everyone fell to the ground," she says, recalling the moment Russia struck her village in Ukraine's northeast.
