Deputies took three people into custody after one person was injured in a shooting in Adams County Sunday afternoon, the sheriff's office said. The sheriff's office said around 2:17 p.m., they got a call about shots fired in the area of East 104th Avenue and Counter Drive, which is near the intersection of 104th Avenue and Brighton Road. Around 2:33 p.m., deputies were notified that a person had been shot. They said the shooting was a possible drive-by.
