Description
C-DOT already built affordable houses in Fairplay, now they opened affordable apartments in Frisco that they hope will help hire more people and keep them around longer to work along the I -70 mountain corridor, keeping traffic flowing in a challenging and busy part of the state.
The studio and two bedroom apartments will rent between $1500 and $2000 a month, below the market value, in the core of Frisco and CDOT employees say will speed up their response times to get to I-70 which is now much closer .
C-DOT also has plans to build Affordable housing in Baal and Steamboat Springs.
