A man who spent 12 years in prison after he was convicted of murder walked out of the Boulder County Jail on Monday after his conviction was vacated due to questionable DNA evidence analyzed by a Colorado Bureau of Investigation analyst now facing charges for manipulating data. Michael Clark, who was serving life without parole after being convicted of first-degree murder in 2012, has maintained his innocence throughout his imprisonment.
