State health officials on Tuesday confirmed a case of measles in an adult living in Archuleta County — the third reported in Colorado this year. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) announced Monday that the person was contagious between March 26 and April 3. They sought medical care on March 31 at a local clinic. Their vaccination status is currently unknown.
