A Colorado Springs Police officer shot and killed a man the police department said had a gun Monday afternoon. Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said they got a call around 2 p.m. about a man who was breaking into cars and threatening someone with a gun off of South Nevada and Pikes Peak Avenues.
