A landmark property in downtown Boulder has been acquired by a real estate investment and hospitality company, ringing in a new era for the historic Hotel Boulderado. AJ Capital Partners, a Nashville, Tennessee-based real estate and hospitality company, on Monday said it has acquired Hotel Boulderado, at 2115 13th St., for an undisclosed price with plans to embark on a revitalization process in partnership with longtime owners Frank and Gina Day, who purchased the property in 1980.
