The most popular beaver in Texas is heading back to court, suing yet another Buc-ee's copycat. The Texas-based convenience store chain has filed a lawsuit against Barc-ee's, a local coffee and food shop in Marshfield, Missouri. Unlike other Buc-ee's copycats, Barc-ee's is not a chain and isn't a place that has gas pumps. Regardless, Buc-ee's is claiming that the name and logo of the company resemble the Buc-ee's trademarked beaver too closely.
